Dispute Resolution

Dispute resolution in the workplace.

Resolving issues before they become disputes will create a strong commitment to the solution.

Dispute Occurs

-Staff/Subcontractor will discuss dispute with Supervisor or Health & Safety Representative.

-Supervisor/H&S Representative will then advise the WHS Manager.

Dispute Resolved?

If yes: Monitor to ensure dispute does not re-occur (ongoing).

If no: Refer dispute to Local WHS Committee. Then a Workplace consultation (Cor-5-5-002).

Dispute Resolved?

If yes: Monitor to ensure dispute does not re-occur (ongoing).

If no: Refer dispute to a Government Inspector for arbitration.

Dispute Resolved?

If yes: Monitor to ensure dispute does not re-occur (ongoing).

If no: Refer dispute to a Government Inspector for arbitration again.
